Did you add some noise to the painting so it looks more like a photo or is it your brush (which I'm curious to know which one it is) that does that?
Excellent one btw

Good eye, I did add a slight layer of noise and blur to put more focus on the face. I used one brush, Nikko Rull on Procreate, very nice hard edge square brush. Thank you!
Damn I thought it was a photo, very well done bucko
Gotta five stars that stuff instantly. You can't even realize how much I love gigantic creature/buildings such as this dragon here.
I can see the cyber-punk and your painting style in there. I think you should just make glowing lights on the girl or in the background glow even more and the 'dark' things darker, boost the contrast in other words, and that would be more than nice. I feel like cyberpunk is a lot of contrast between dark spots and very glowing neons everywhere. Other than that, very great job, Brian. Keep it up.
Hey thanks Harvest! You've given some pretty valuable feedback, I appreciate that. I'll definitely keep that in mind for future illustrations w/ the cyberpunk theme. :)
well that's dope my dude
